Student Performances & Showcases

Audience members can purchase tickets to our student showcases and events through this page.  Admission fees help offset the costs associated with renting off-campus venues for our student performances and showcases.  AACMS also offers several free, non-ticketed student performances throughout the school year.  A full list of these events can be found on the AACMS Calendar.


How to Purchase Student Performance Tickets:

Buying online saves time and money and allows you to select your own seats from the seating chart. All orders are subject to a $0.50-1.50 processing fee per ticket. Tickets will be held at the Box Office and can be picked up beginning 45 minutes prior to the performance. All major credit cards are accepted.

 

  • In Person: Wait until the day of the performance and buy the best available tickets at the event.

Patrons may purchase tickets to a performance beginning 45 minutes prior to the event start. All tickets purchased in person are subject to a $2.00 box office fee per ticket. Seating will be assigned by the Box Office on a first-come first-served basis based on availability; you will NOT be able to choose your own seats. Cash, checks and all major credit cards are accepted at the Box Office.


Ways to Save on Admission Tickets

Series Subscriptions: Save 10 - 40% per ticket when purchasing tickets to a minimum of three performances at once.  Learn more on our Series Subscription page.

Group Sales: Groups of 10 or more may purchase tickets at a 25% discount.  Pleae contact the Box Office by phone or online to request Group Sales information.

Please note:  While every effort will be made to reply to all inquiries as quickly as possible, please allow 2-3 school days for a response.  When contacting the Box Office, please include your name, contact information and the reason for your correspondence.

Accessible Seating Information

Accessible seating is available for patrons with disabilities or individuals with certain accessibility needs.  To purchase accessible seating, please contact the Box Office by phone or email.  Accessible seating is not currently available for purchase online.  Please see below for accessibility information at each of our local venues.


  • Foy Concert Hall at Moravian College: Seating in the front row is accessible without using stairs.  All other seating in the venue is accessible only by using stairs.  There are approximately 20 steps up into the venue with an additional two steps up or down per row once inside.

  • Alumnae Auditorium at Cedar Crest College:  Seating is accessible to all areas of the venue without using steps.  Wheelchair-accessible and companion seating locations are available at the front and rear of the venue.

  • Salisbury High School Auditorium:  Seating is accessible to all areas of the venue without using steps.  Wheelchair-accessible and companion seating locations are available at the front and rear of the venue.

Box Office Policies

AACMS Ticket & Seating Policies for All Ticketed Performances

The following policies apply to all ticketed student performances unless otherwise specified.  By purchasing tickets online or in person, you agree to the following conditions:

  • Refunds:  Tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final.  If you must cancel your tickets, please contact the Box Office in advance of the performance.

  • Children: Children age 5 and older must have a ticket.  Children age 4 and younger must have a ticket if they will sit in their own seat.  Not all AACMS performances offer special pricing for children. 

  • Performances Begin Promptly:  Please arrive on time.  Ticket sales and seating end when the performance begins, and we cannot guarantee seating to latecomers.  Parking may not be available in the immediate vicinity of the performance venue.  Please plan ahead and arrive early.

  • Assigned Seating:  All seating in the performance venue is assigned.  No one will be admitted to the performance venue without a ticket, and all ticketholders are required to sit in their assigned seat during the performance. You may be asked to show your ticket at any time before or during the performance. 

  • Exchanges:  If you purchase tickets to the wrong performance, please contact the Box Office immediately.  We may be able to exchange your tickets for the correct performance.

  • Discounting and Incentives: Discount/coupon codes, student/youth pricing and other incentives are valid for online purchases only.  Discounts and other alternate pricing will not be honored on the day of the performance.
