How to Apply
All new students hoping to attend AACMS must complete and submit a New Student Application as part of the admissions process.  Completed applications can be returned to AACMS in any of the following ways:

  • By email: registrar@arts-cs.org as an attachment.
  • By fax: (610) 351-0307
  • By US mail: Arts Academy Charter Middle School, ATTN: Registrar, 1610 E Emmaus Ave., Allentown, PA 18103
  • In person: Drop off at the AACMS Main Office during normal business hours.  


Applications for the 2019-2020 school year are now being accepted for all grade levels and art forms.  Please download the Admissions Packet below for mor einformation and return the completed and signed application with all required documents.

Required Documentation

In addition to submiting a completed and signed application, all applicants must submit the following documentation prior to scheduling an Interview:

  • Proof of Residency
  • A opy of the student's birth certificate
  • A copy of the student's most recent report card from their current school


  • If your student has more than one residence, proof of residency must be submitted for both addresses.
